Jess is an experienced and passionate conversations and improv trainer who specialises both in one-to-one communication and one-to-many communication. At a one-to-one level she helps learners explore connection driven interaction across topics such as influence, difficult conversations, feedback, emotional intelligence, and coaching. In her one-to-many training she helps people find their best, most authentic personal impact and let that shine, whilst crafting stories and messages in a compelling way. She combines her deep expertise of communication impact with her understanding of stage craft to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for all levels of a business.

Jess has spent her career working across a range of clients from consultancies, to engineering firms, through to art auction houses. She is able to easily adapt her style to the environment and culture she is in and loves helping her clients to find long lasting solutions. She prides herself on the genuine connections she creates in the learning environment, seeking to bring meaningful content to whoever she engages with, whatever their needs.
