In Person Workshops

Our open workshops are available for any person, from any business to book on. At Tama we design learning experiences, not just classes. We do theory, sure, but they are explored through activities and simulations that help you remember what matters. Every session is built for different learning styles, with inclusion at the core.

Virtual Sessions

These open virtual sessions are available to all. In the virtual space we run a range of different events. We do virtual training, of course, but we also do free panel discussions, bitesize modules for the busy learner, and 1:1 training and coaching - so there’s something for everyone!

Tailored sessions

Want something bespoke for your team or organisation? No worries, we got you. We do a thorough consultation and research into your business to build the best learning intervention for you. Whether it’s a one off session, or a whole programme.

Why do we care about learning?

For the people

Learning is at the heart of literally everything we do in work. Every single thing we do at work (and just in our lives) at some point we have learnt. And if we dont keep learning, we fall behind, make life harder for ourselves, and won’t achieve any of our goals (even if the goal is to stay great in the same job). We believe learning doesn’t need to be complicated, in fact, we want it to be laughably easy to be incredible at your jobs! We’ll give you the small changes that make a big difference (as cheesy as that sounds).
